Services
Reefresh provides pond, water feature, aquarium, and aquatic life management services throughout Southern California. Services may include maintenance, cleaning, inspections, equipment recommendations, installations, consultations, emergency support, and related aquatic care services.
Estimates and Service Requests
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Additional work, materials, equipment, repairs, or unforeseen conditions may result in revised pricing.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee acceptance of the project or appointment availability.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled service windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or prior service requirements.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice or service agreement.
Late payments may result in service interruptions or additional fees where permitted by law.
Aquatic Life and Equipment
Reefresh will use reasonable care and professional judgment when servicing ponds, aquariums, and aquatic systems.
However, aquatic livestock, plants, and biological systems are inherently variable and sensitive to environmental conditions.
Reefresh cannot guarantee the health, survival, growth, breeding success, or long-term performance of fish, corals, plants, invertebrates, or other aquatic organisms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reefresh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
